sham in the bam curated and hosted by @offendum was electrifying—for so many of us in diaspora, it felt like a home away from home, for so many that can’t be home (for so many reasons). incredible musical performances and ensambles, poetry and live talks, vendors with arab records, products drinks and delicious bites. hind who? i *am* @bookofdishes 🙂‍↔️ one more sleep till we wake up to this ♥️ çılbır 🥚🇹🇷 poached eggs are gently placed over whipped yogurt, topped with my favorite, aleppo pepper butter. you can add herbs of your choice to the labneh or leave it plain! every eid morning, after fasting all of ramadan, the best breakfast to have is a turkish breakfast spread! it’s our go to!
